Yes but when you say long barrel pistol, they seem to think your after a torus, that's why I said rimfire.

Yes, quite a few.

Different counterweight
Different barrel shroud
Different slide, with an insert on the slide lock to prevent peening

Not seen the internals side by side with an early model. But by all accounts it's an improvement

Ok, any accucracy improvement?

There's only so much you can do with a 12" barrel on a semi auto .22
