Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

Funnily enough, I just searched for them on here to see if anyone else had had trouble contacting them and this thread pops up. I have sent emails, tried thier shop's facebook page and tried ringing numerous times about an order I placed 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone know if the shop is actually at the range? If so, driving all the way there might be the only way I can actually get a response!

Apologies to all who have tried to email or phone over the past 2/3 weeks however we suffered a major IT failure which we have had to rectify around the chaotic trade show season. We would like to thank any of our customers who have been unable to contact us for their patience and we are now back up and running and catching up with all our British Shooting Show enquiries and email messages.

I did see that christel, but those issues were supposedly fixed over a month ago.

The guy who runs the store has messaged me on facebook so that's good! After posting my comms difficulties, it's only fair to update that they have got in touch with me.
