Chop chop

#1 Post by hobbesy »

Took the GSG-5 down to a local engineer and after 90mins and an outstanding job I have the following with 4" taken off the barrel, fake mod and the real mod.

As it stands I can't fit the collapsible stock back onto it without pinning the 'arms' somehow so it can't shut completely.

C&C welcome

I may be being dense, but isn't that barrel now shorter than 12"?

Also isn't there a reason the barrel has to be 16 inches to maintain the 12/24 rule rather than 12 inches due to how it dissembles and still works in that state?

Nope and nope

The barrel was 16 inch

It disassembles simular to other rifles that can replace stocks, if I took it out in its original length barrel but without any stock I could still fire it but it would be illegal.
