The library

Can someone point me in the direction of the forum library? I'd like to try and find the answers myself before asking another daft question and I've seen mention of it but can't find a button to press for it.

Try: viewforum.php?f=36

Also the forum search function will find lots of material

Users with less than 15 posts cannot see the Library on the Index page.
