Introducing myself.

#1 Post by krum2000 »

Hello all, thought I would come and say hi. My names Dave, just recently discovered shooting and I'm immediately hooked. I'm from Cheshire and am currently looking at joining Warrington and District Rifle and Pistol club. Its the closest to me and looks like it does everything I need. :)

Anyone have any experience with this club?

Hi Dave .... welcome to FBUK! :good:

I'm a member of WDRPC. It's a good club, but it gets very busy on some nights. It will be closed for most of August for much-needed renovations to the clubroom. Hopefully the ranges will receive similar treatment soon.

If you're into fullbore, they shoot regularly at Altcar and Sealand.

Fire off a PM if you want more info. ;)

Cheers everyone, thanks for the welcome. :) And Les, I went back on the website last night and noticed that one. haha puts a bit of a crimp on things there. They do seem to be the best I can find near me. That or Crewe.
