Evening all,

I’m looking to buy a second hand .38 / .357 underlever. It’s to be used primarily for timed and precision 25yd target shooting with occasional forays into outdoor/practical comps.

I’m completely open to brand, action, barrel length, finish etc - all I ask is that it has reasonable open sights and ideally the ability to fit a peep sight (tang, rail or otherwise). Cosmetic condition is not important - I don’t mind a few dings and scuffs.

It would ideally be sensibly priced and either close to North East England / Yorkshire or RFDable.

I’m also looking for a .308 / 7.62x51 Target Rifle - see other post. Anyone with both gets a chocolate orange thrown in

Reigate Gunmakers have a pair of Marlin 1894s in .357 Mag on the wall. I think both are JM stamped barrels, with one being late 90s and the other early 2000s dated I think. Both around £950.

I have one myself and love shooting it.
