Evening ! and a big Hello

#1 Post by Richie69 »

Having forums like this is fantastic , I appreciate all time and advice you guys are prepared to share !
Just finished watching 1st Moto Gp of 2018 .. wow what race
Anyway I have loads of questions , 1st one is how do I find out who is the landowner where I’d like to shoot , lots of 500-700yd fields near where I am but no farm houses to door knock.
Any suggestions on finding the owner ? and etiquette on how to approach this ?.
Cheers

Welcome Richie. What had you planned on shooting at 500-700 yards?

I was impressed when Crutchlow finished 4th, lets hope this is his season.

Thanks for the warm welcomes ..Epic race , very impressed with Cruchlow I’m going to Barcelona this year for the race with some mates can’t wait !
Ok I might have this wrong , but have a budget for a .243 tikka T3x , 20” Barrel with a GRS Beserk stock Optics is still a consideration but didn’t want to spend more than £400 on those.., I have weight as a consideration as my Daughter who is 15 would want to use it so weight is a Concern , it will be shot prone and then bench at the club.
then we have hunting in Spain while at the villa so feel that this should cover the bases ? £2500k all in ??? Well that’s the budget if anyone has any suggestions I’d love to hear them.
