Re: Magazine Shipping
I would check the US ITAR regs.
I think magazines over a certain capacity are export restricted.

You wouldn't be doing anything illegal in the UK, your friend may be breaking US export law and you could be committing mail fraud (I think it is) by asking them to break the law in their country (if indeed that is the case).
This last one would only come back to bite you if you travel to the States or it is so serious they send the CIA after you..

Whats the point ?
You could end up paying Vat , Duty and RM handling fees .
The magazines could arrive damaged . Would RM pay compensation ?
The magazine could fall apart after a couple of uses . Who would you claim from ?
They just get "lost in the post" .
A lot of non shooters will now know that you have firearms .
Support your local dealer , or one day you wont have him .

Re: Magazine Shipping
Have you tried sourcing one from Europe?.
Depending on what rifle it is for there may even be someone on here that has a spare one floating about or knows where on can be obtained.

Riflemags used to do them .
Brownells show them in the online catalog ..........BUT ...............Unfortunately, this product cannot be ordered.
I suspect they are an ITAR product .

Re: Magazine Shipping
Magazines over 50 rounds are subject to ITAR. You do not want to fall foul of the ITAR regs. There are stiff penalties.
