Straight pull rifles that aren't AR15 or AK variants
Im interested in what Straight pull Rifles are out there in the UK that aren't AR15s or AK variants. It would be great to see what you shoot if you do have one.

Steyr AUG's are available (I don't have one, but they're fun if you like bullpups and their triggers :-)

I had one for a few years, good fun, you just need to learn to live with the trigger pull, which wasn't expected to be "sniper grade"daman wrote:Steyr AUG's are available (I don't have one, but they're fun if you like bullpups and their triggers :-)

My K31 Straight Pull is far more civilised.

What about the new Savage? Looks good and will be the right price.

I've got an AUG, and had an L1A1.
The AUG was 2nd hand (could even be Kenny's!), and the L1A1 was a POS that I was never happy with, and it turned out to have been made by a dodgy gunsmith.. I got rid of it sharpish..
I love my AUG...

Blaser!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
