Sorry bh targets is another company that does them, not the one in the video. I didn't make that clear in the first post.

Any competent metal worker can make the standard targets, and will normally be significantly cheaper than a company specialising in shooting stuff, we all know how that goes!
The Appendices in the IPSC rulebook shows you the dimensions they need to be. Make sure they stick to them or the steel targets may not stand up/fall over! Targets start on p53:
