Has anyone compared a common load with Federal / CCI / Fiocchi primers.
They seem to be all I can get hold of at the moment, and interested to know what to expect, and how they far in regards to ES etc.
TIA

Re: Fiocchi Primers
the main thing I found with the ones I have is how hard they are. my 45acp delisle clone needs multiple strikes to set them off. never ever had an issue with it light striking anything before.
they are certainly not going to be used in my cowboy ammo as if that struggles, my uberti 1873 will never set them off

When guns are outlawed, only Outlaws will have guns
