Adjustable Lee Enfield rear sights

Evening chaps,
A question for the Lee Enfield fans, any help appreciated…..

I have a 1902 MLE and would like to fit a windage adjustable rear sight that can be used at ranges from say 40yds and up, I have seen sights for the SMLE advertised, Will these fit an MLE without have to get a gunsmith to fit them please?

These come up in the "hunting" section of E Bay UK all the time. The usual problem is that, to fit them, you need a longer version of one of the standard screws. Since the rifle uses Enfield threads, (23 1/3 TPI) the screw can be harder to find than the sight.

Isn't the windage set with the fore sight on these rifles? Once set it should be near enough.
