PM issue

#1 Post by Mattnall »

According to the PM system I have 2 PMs sitting in my Inbox but I cannot see them.

I've sent two PMs this week and they've gone from the Outbox but do not now show up in the Sentbox.
I sent the second one because I assumed I'd messed up and not actually sent the first one, but after making sure I had everything correct the second message has disappeared too.

I don't know if the two messages in my Inbox are replies or not, as I cannot see them.
Is there a setting I'm not finding?

A full mailbox was my thought but according to the totals I have "Folder is 0% full (2 out of 350 messages stored)"

Outbox has 0 messages now the two have disappeared.
The sentbox "Folder is 4% full (16 out of 350 messages stored)", the last one (most recent sent message) is from October, no sign of the last two messages from the last two days.

I have sent a PM to Mattnall which he replied to and the system is working.

Recipient, yeah could be the problem however that does not explain the two missing sent PMs 🤔

Thanks Christel, at least I wasn't going totally mad.

I can send to you, but not to my other intended recipient, nor do any of those messages appear in the sent or out boxes. I would assume it would stay in my outbox until delivered if the recipient's inbox was full.
Strange.
I have 5 sitting in my inbox, three of which are from Christel today and I can see those, there are two that I cannot see.

I'll have to find another way to get in touch.
Thanks for trying to help out.

I haven't received email notifications in years even though the boxes are ticked in settings.

I see that, but I don't get replies to any posts I make or contribute to. Didn't know about your answer until I came onto the site a couple of minutes ago and saw that the notification banner was lit up.
