Nice animation, I found myself watching it again and again. The Luger and C96 Mauser have always fascinated me.

The Luger system was notorious at jamming, if my memory serves me correctly.

I've found a M1911 video that shows you the WHOLE assembly and then the firing mechanism. I'll post it if you want. I don't want to jack your thread.
