Hi Guys,
Only recently found the site though I was a regular visitor to the guntrader site. I have to say that the content and level of debate is both far more informed and pleasanter on this site than on the old site.

Thanks for the welcome all. Yes I thought I should dip my toe in at some stage and post in one of the forums. I have shot at Bisley many times over the years but I am not a proper target shooter as such. My current interests lie in sporting rifles though in the good days of old my main interest was in pistol shooting. I a the secretary of an NRA affiliated club so the journal comes to my house first and I feel it is my duty to read it before anyone else just to keep up to date.
I recognise many of the user names from other forums or from clues given in the banter online. On this occasion I am using a user name where as previously I have used my own name, I am just wondering how long it will be before someone connects my user name with my actual name.

Nicely cryptic, I know of the Chapuis Doubles but have never shot one. What part of the country are you from?
