I see Horst Faas the Pulitzer Prize winning war photographer has passed away, even if you do not recognise the name you will probably recognise his work.

Thought provoking. He was there taking those photographs. Lucky to have died of old age.

He certainly took a canny snap and some of his pictures defined some of the realities if the Vietnam war tragedy.

Always amazes me how black and white somehow suits the mood so much better. The colour photos do not have the same "punch"
