Used ITL shooting Supplies for the first time after being recommended to them. Great service, good prices, quick delivery and good website.

Will be using them again soon.

I know this gentleman - he usually has a stand at the end of the outside corridor of the Pavilion at Bisley meetings - I've had some really good deals on Lee reloading kit from him :good:

Ian can be a bit grumpy (but who can't razz ) but he has keen prices, and is at most of the big Bisley shows.

I got some ammo off him at the shooting show. He had a good selection, multiple brands in each calibre to choose from and seemed OK on price as far as I could tell. I got some RG 9mm to put through the SGC 9mm, it was dated 1990 but hopefully it will be OK. The owners manual says to use NATO or SAMMI so I'm assuming that it's good to go.

This stuff ? It's not RG but Hirtenberger which is +p and some, quite hot and very very accurate - even out past 200yds which is about the distance it will throw the cases.

Was lucky enough to shoot ITL's new Tommy gun last week, it's a work of art and will be a huge hit this summer.

Yes that's the stuff. Did some digging, there's a BATF warning about using it in pistols as it produces very high pressure.

Oh dear. 200 RDS down the drain. The guy at ITL says "it works a treat" hmm.

http://www.firearmsid.com/Recalls/Ammo_ ... %201.htm#9 X 19 MM Warning

Not having much luck with it at the moment. I've got 500 RDS of Wolf that I can't use indoors (steel core against a steel backstop) and 200 of this stuff. I've got some Fiocchi, any thoughts on that?

are you sure your ammo is the same as that mentioned? you could always email Bob and get his view (email not phone) is the SGC (i assume this is what you are shooting it in) as weak as a pistol chamber ? (did I really ask that ?) and one last thing, is Wolf steel cored? or just soft steel jacketed? obviously if your range rules say no to Wolf then thats that, but if they are worried about hardened steel penetrators then is there a risk from Wolf? I ask this in the hope someone knows.

Hmm ask Bob if his rifles are weak. I can see how that would go down :-)

Seriously I'll get in touch and see if he says yay or nay. The users manuals says that NATO ammo is fine so it might be OK.

Many thanks for your help.
