The target is ugly as sin. It has a free float hand guard and rubbish scope included, but is currently cheap. No open sights.

The swat has a nice aluminium quad rail and MBUS (I think) sights included. (EDIT) - no MBUS - it has the same sights as the classic.

The classic (which I have) has an oval plastic fore end with provision for short picatinny rails if necessary. It's 100 quid cheaper than the Swat and comes with fixed front hooded post sight on what would be normally be a gas block, and a williams peep rear sight. I'm perfectly happy with the classic - it feels good and the sights work well. I may have gone for the swat if given the choice again, not sure...

Anything with walnut and blue steel - preferably vintage.

Happy to consider anything recommended to be honest!

I do like the look of the SIG swat version though :squirrel:

I reckon an underlever or a long barreled revolver is the best bang for buck fun you can have. Since I bought my Marlin .44 under lever a year ago, I've barely shot anything else.

Yeah I do have a slot for .357/38 on my ticket, but the range I use has limited fullbore times so the semi-auto .22 takes preference at the moment!

I did recently purchase the Gsg 1911 as well

Variety is the spice of life. I'd say your GSG-1911 is too similar to any .22 semi-auto AR. The improved CMMG would be my lower budget AR choice, I wouldn't have a SW 15-22 if you paid me to take one and the Ruger 10-22 is good value for money, but soulless...

I still think a pistol caliber underlever is the way to go.

Nailed my current thinking exactly

I'll definitely be getting the .357/38 at some point but I'm just limited when I can shoot, whereas the .22lrs I can shoot any time!
