Does anyone know/think that the Gun Trade Association would get involved in stuff like this? The manufacturer has confirmed they're a member.

Can I ask how this was sorted please? Did the manufacturer 'back down' or offer you what you wanted.

I'm stuck at the moment with a manufacturer ignoring me when I've repeatedly asked for a refund on what I've bought.

The gun was fixed by a 3rd party (gun smith) identifying why the gun wasn't working properly (not picked up on the several trips back to the manufacturer or another gun smith) and remedying it.

Thankfully I now have a working gun and didn't have to go through the hassle and expense of the court. shakeshout

Sorry, i know that won't help much for you, best of luck :good:

Mine has been sorted by a full refund, hated that I had to threaten to get a fair outcome.
